ABS! It's like they are the hottest trend in the fitness world.
But why? Having a strong core isn't just about having abs that pop. It's about having amazing core/ab strength to do other movements like squats, deadlifts, bench, etc. with proper form. And when you do these moves with great form, you will be able to lift HEAVIER and see better results!
Also, when you DO those compound movements you are actually using your ab muscles, so you don't need to have an "ab day" or do 100 crunches to see results.
