I am obsessed with the shoulder burn. I absolutely love training shoulders and I am so proud of my boulder shoulder development over the past year.
I find what works best for me, is doing 3-4 main "heavy" shoulder moves at the start of my workout and then doing more volume with moves like the ones shown in the video below.
It's all about mind-muscle connection and concentrating on controlling each movement.
