Why? Because YOU wanted it.
I know many of you workout at home and are looking to spice things up. I actually used to do ALL my workouts at home with limited equipment. Now I'm a gym junkie. BUT you can still get an effective workout on at home.
There are a bazzzzilllliiiioooon at home workout routines out there. So many that I don't even pay attention to them. My philosophy when I made this program? ... do it XOGINGY STYLE, BABY!
WTF does that mean? That means going HARD. Making it challenging, yet flexible and modifiable enough for EVERY SINGLE FITNESS LEVEL.
I also made it functional so you can COMBINE the different styles of workouts.
My goal as a personal trainer/coach is to give you the tools to KNOW what to do when training, but also give you the CONFIDENCE and INDEPENDENCE to train the way YOU WANT TO and the way that meets your goals.
I give you tips and tricks throughout the guide to help you increase and/or decrease the intensity.
Oh, and the Core Strengtheners............oh baby. These are good. They are much like the Ab Challenge we did - and like this video!
