One day I decided that I am POWERFUL and I AM in CHARGE. I built up the courage to get into the gym. I started strength training. I started being more consistent. I started pushing myself. And soon, the muscles were popping, the fat was diminishing, and felt more empowered than ever.

The Courageously Confident Program
is based off of 3 Core Principles:
If you want to sculpt a beautifully lean body, strength training is #1. I show you exactly HOW to lift weights to not only get stronger and become leaner, but to FEEL like a badass woman (because you are).

I know you want the rocking body, and you will get that.. Heck you already HAVE IT! But this is why mindset trainings are included in this program. I don’t believe a fitness transformation is complete without talking about: confidence building, consistency and habits, fears and limiting beliefs, body image, and so much more. The Courageously Confident workout plan is structured for 6 days a week however it is also structured with FLEXIBILITY - meaning you can do it and follow through 6-days, or you can modify it and adjust it to your lifestyle. I have had clients follow it for 3-day a week and still see incredible results.
♥ Do I need access to a gym?
CC is a gym-based workout plan however you can do the workouts at home if you have: dumbbells and a bench. I offer a complete database of modifications for all the exercises!
♥ How does the online group work?
You will be put into the most high-vibe, energetic, and motivating Facebook group where the program will be ran. All your resources will be inside this group including: your workout guide, exercise database, live trainings recordings, check-ins, accountability, and more!
♥ Is this only for beginners?
This program is for ALL fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner and never stepped foot in the gym, or you have been working out for years, this program will benefit you. The format of this workout plan is based on the fundamentals of fitness that NEVER go out of style. You will ALWAYS see results.

Courageously Confident has completely changed my life.
What started as a way for me to get back into shape, turned into a complete life transformation, that I never expected. My fitness journey, turned into a mindset journey, which turned into a business journey. Stephanie empowered me to believe everything I wanted was, and is, possible. CC made me more confident and motivated. As we approach the end of, what is my second round in CC, a six-month journey, I can honestly say I would not even recognize the person I was when this all began. I started CC in April of 2018 and here I am over a year later already signed up for the rest of 2019!
That’s because CC is a transformation. Yes it’s all about fitness and helping women feel confident in the gym but it’s also about shifting your mindset which has been super beneficial for me! I used to be absolutely terrified of going to the gym but it’s become the norm. There have been times that I’ve taken breaks because of my own insecurities and anxieties but not going to the gym made me feel worse because I had grown to love it. The CC facebook group is the best because no matter what you’re going through, you are literally never alone. There is so much support and love within the group - all because of Steph of course. She has been such a great coach for me. She brings out tough love Steph but she’s always so freaking pumped for you no matter how “small” your accomplishment. This is my first time doing C.C and I absolutely love it!
I had wanted to join previous sessions but kept coming up with excuses as to why I shouldn’t. I finally decided to just leap in and it was the best decision I made! I’ve been more consistent than I thought it would be because my workouts are laid out perfectly for me so I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do. If I’m unsure about an exercise then I have a very helpful video library to reference that Steph made for us. I also can’t say enough how amazing the C.C community is! We are all in it together and have so much support whether we’re having a bad day or want to celebrate the wins! Before CC, I couldn’t even walk into a gym without a feeling of panic.
I only went a couple of times with a friend and would either stick myself on a treadmill and not move or search for gym workouts beforehand only to forget them or not understand proper form. I’ve always loved fitness and preferred at home workouts, but I was getting bored and not seeing results. I put off signing up for CC for awhile because I kept telling myself “I can’t go to the gym - I’m never going to be able to do that.” Seeing all of Steph’s posts describing the program, content, and all the support you receive - I knew I finally needed to jump in on this program.
