I am in The Collective, can I move down To the Collection?
No, there is no downgrading from The Collective to The Collection
I am in The Collection, can I upgrade to The Collective?
Yes, you can upgrade from The Collection to The Collective prior your full year in The Collection is complete. You must fill out an application and require approval to do so. Once approved, and when you join The Collective you will begin Day 1 of your year in the Collective.
Do I need to have a specific income to be in the Collection or Collective?
There is no official income requirements for either The Collection or The Collective.
The Collection focuses on the foundational pieces required to set up your business for success.
The Collective includes the foundation pieces and also has a huge emphases on leadership, personal power, the embodiment of wealth, and understanding healthy coach-client dynamics. The Collective includes mentorship and hot seat coaching.

What if I can't make a program, or feel like I get behind. How long do I have access to the programs?
Programs will take place live, however the replays are available for you to rewatch at any time. All programs* unless otherwise indicated are lifetime access and you can rewatch it whenever it suits you. We do suggest being in the live energy of the program as it is taking place if you can! However, the point of The Collection & The Collective is for you to always have an abundance of trainings to dive into - at your pleasure!
Where do the programs take place?
All programs & masterclasses take place inside a private Facebook group. The lives are held on Zoom and streamed into the Facebook group. The replays are posted in the Facebook group as well.
What if I need to leave the Collection or Collective before my yearlong commitment is complete?
When someone commits to The Collection or The Collective, it is a year long membership where the price of the programs are heavily discounted. When someone decides to leave The Collection or The Collective early they are responsible for the selling cost of all programs and masterclasses that took place during the duration of the time in the container.
How do I change my method of payment?
Please reach out to TeamXO either via email [email protected] or message TeamXO Gingy on Facebook and we will send a new payment link to you
For all programs and masterminds, if you are paying through a payment plan, you are responsible for completing each payment regardless if you leave the program or do not complete it in the time-frame provided. There are no refunds. For the Collective if leave prior to your year long commitment being complete you are responsible for the selling price of all programs and masterclasses that took time during the time you spent in the Collective.
