Why diet when you can trust your body?

Why are you always on a diet? Why are you always looking for that "magic" food to cut out of your diet that will make you have your dream body? WHY are you always looking at what other people are eating?

The diet mentality is toxic. It's been so drilled into our brains that we think it's normal. Dieting is NOT normal. You know what's normal? Eating like you trust your body. Because you should trust your body. It knows what's best.

Think about it, when your stomach is starting to get that growling feeling, it's time to eat. You know that feeling in your head when you just know you need more fuel? It's time to eat some carbs. When you just had a killer workout but haven't ate anything since that workout happened 4 hours ago. It's TIME TO EAT.

You don't need to follow plan A or B. We have enough plans and schedules and rules in our life. Food shouldn't be one of them. When you trust your body and honor it's hunger then that's when your body will find its healthiest and happiest weight.

Also, when you label foods as "good" or "bad" you start to get a weird and unhealthy relationship with food. No food is "bad." You can eat a cookie and still be healthy. It's all about moderation, NOT deprivation.

I'm not making this up. I lived years and years eating the same like 4 foods. I didn't even eat peanut butter because I thought it was "bad." What did that do to my body? Restriction depleted me physically and
