I hate cardio. I also hate kale.
But I used to pretend to LOOOVE running on the treadmill for hours and hours a day because I was "just being healthy".
Spinach and kale were my dream foods because they were low in calories and I enjoyed the feeling of hunger. It gave me satisfaction.
Now, if you ask me to go for a run, I will 100% say no because I fucking hate running.
I don't want a kale salad. I probably want a burger or ice cream.
