I know what it's like to wake up every day not wanting to get out of bed because you are at war with yourself and your body. I know what it's like to go to bed every night thinking about how much of a failure you are because you "ate too much" and didn't exercise "enough." I know what it's like to look at people on social media and wish I was like them. I know what it's like to hate myself, feel like a failure and feel like my life and my life plans are out of control.
I don't want anyone to ever feel this way. Throughout the years I have learned to slowly love myself without looking in the mirror or weighing myself. I have learned what triggered my eating disorder and how to try my best to get through each struggling moment.
